Grub Street New York has rounded up information about some of the Top Chef Las Vegas contestants: one of them used to work with Season 3 winner Hung Huynh, two contestants are brothers, at least two are from Philadelphia. I think chef bios are more interesting to read after episode 3 (by that time, you feel like you know the contestants better, making their bios less abstract) But if you want to prepare for tonight, check out the article.
