I can’t believe it’s May 14th already, and that we are nearly halfway through the Blogathon. (Big congratulations to everyone who is participating!) I have a busy weekend ahead – I’m in my friend Nicole’s wedding and I have a couple of deadlines on Monday. This is all fun, good stuff, but for today, I wanted to leave you with links to some great posts from the past week, written by the food bloggers in my “Food” section on the righthand side. Enjoy!
Turnip Green Tart Recipe from 101 Cookbooks
Create America’s Next Dunkin’ Donut from Baking Bites
Kulinarya Cooking Club: Polvoron from Big, Bold, Beautiful Food (candies) (also a slightly older, but still great post)
Coffee: Five Questions for the World’s Barista Champion from Serious Eats
Peanut butter no-bake cookies (and why it’s surprisingly good to eat peanuts) from Svelte Gourmand
Building a Better Pancake from Svelte Gourmand
Penne with Ramp Pesto, Asparagus, and Peas from The Amateur Gourmet

Have a great weekend, and thanks for introducing me to svelte gourmand…she has some great stuff!
Almost halfway through the blogathon… great job! The Crab Salad and the Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle recipes from the past week look delicious. Keep up the good work in spreading food ideas around and sharing your passion for greats eats and recipes!
@Kenny: Glad you’re enjoying the recipes. The pictures do look nice, huh? I have someone who helps me out with those.
@Beth: You’re welcome. It’s always nice to introduce people to other blogs. Have a good weekend too!
Jen, I don’t know which link to visit first – pancakes or peanut butter cookies!
Wendi, they both sound great, right? Enjoy!
