This year’s Wordcount Blogathon is huge. More than 200 bloggers are participating, and they’re writing about everything from writing and tech news to travel, film, and parenthood. Some bloggers are back from last year, including Alexandra Grabbe from Chezsven Blog: Wellfleet Today and Barb Freda from Babette Feasts (check out my interivews with them here and here).
But most of the bloggers are new to me. This weekend I finally started working my way through the list. Here’s just a few of the many wonderful blogs that caught my eye. These bloggers write about food, gardening, and travel. Enjoy!
Girl About the World, A travel writer’s tales of wanderlust
Popcorn Homestead, Gardening and living in Tokyo
Attainable Sustainable, Reviving the lost art of self-sufficiency, one small change at a time
Gardening-4-Life, Adventures in sustainable and organic gardening, and raising chickens, rabbits, and bees
A Life Divided, Food, reading, and trips to India!

Thanks for some new blogs to check out– I have read some of these, but I’ll be checking out the others!
Our lists sure do coincide, Jen! I really enjoy the same blogs you mentioned.
Oh, and you’re featured on my Link Love list today…
Love your blog!
Thanks for the list….I’ll check it out! I’ve enjoyed the daily blogs. Since I’m SO new to blogging….how can I join next year’s blog-a-thon? Keep up the marvelous work!
@Julia: I know I’m missing so many great blogs too. What other blogs have you found?
@Lisa: Thanks so much, Lisa! You’ve made my day. Yours is one of my favorite writing blogs that I’ve discovered. Glad we met through the Blogathon!
